This video series featured our customers PG&E of San Francisco; the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina; Gateway Services of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and Meals on Wheels in Tyler, Texas. In each case, reliable GM products and the GM partnership help them do their jobs and run their businesses more effciently. For 2014, we will be featuring four more "Stories from the Road." The frst documentary has just been released, and it features Veit & Co. of Rogers, Minnesota, a large regional contracting and waste management frm. Veit bought their frst Chevy truck in 1928, and they have been a partner ever since. Read more about Veit in this month's newsletter. Sure, these are examples of successful partnerships with our customers, but they also illustrate, with real-world examples, the kinds of successful partnerships we can offer every GM customer! So what does this mean? It means great products that are best in class; great programs that will save your business big money, and great personalized attention – that's what the GM Fleet & Commercial partnership is all about! cooling; and integrated cruise control, auto grade braking and exhaust braking on diesel models. The 3500HD truck has a maximum payload capacity of 7,374 lbs.1,2 and a conventional trailering rating of 19,600 lbs.1,3 using the standard hitch. The maximum tow rating for ffth-wheel towing is 23,200 lbs.1,3,4 Both the Silverado and Sierra HD are available in two powertrain choices. The trucks come standard with a Vortec 6.0L gas V-8 and are matched with a six-speed automatic transmission. This standard powertrain achieves 360 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of torque in all HD models. The second, optional powertrain is a Duramax 6.6L diesel and Allison 1000 six-speed automatic transmission, and combined achieves 397 horsepower at 765 lb.-ft. of torque. 2015 Silverado HD With an all-new exterior, the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD includes an upright instrument panel, sixgauge instrument cluster and multiple storage options. Controls are easy to operate with work gloves on. The new Chevrolet MyLink5, standard on all models except the base work truck, provides connec- tivity for the job site, and enough USB ports6 and power outlets to support multiple devices. 2015 Sierra HD The 2015 GMC Sierra HD features an all-new headlamp and grille design, a power-dome hood and a one-piece chrome bumper. A new instrument cluster on all Sierra HD models features six gauges with an available 4.2-inch-diagonal color driver information center. The GMC IntelliLink6,7 infotainment system is also available with an 8-inch-diagional color touch screen. Sierra HD is available with a 110-volt outlet, up to fve USB ports6, four 12-volt outlets and an SD card slot. 1 For the 2WD Double Cab equipped with the Duramax 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V-8 engine. 2 Maximum payload capacity includes weight of driver, passengers, optional equipment and cargo. 3 Maximum trailer weight ratings are calculated assuming a properly equipped base vehicle, plus driver.
